Abstract : The strong competition between firms and the global pressures such as globalization are driving the business firms, and the role of social media (Facebook, Twitter) becomes effective as a marketing tool which gathered the firm with its consumers. The aim of this study is to make a deeply study about the relationship and the effects of social media (Facebook, Twitter) on consumer’s behaviors in the field of social media (Facebook, Twitter). The research study is represent a study which aim to investigate the relationship between social media (Facebook, Twitter) and how it effects positively on the enhancing the capabilities of consume behavior. The main goal for this study is investigating and giving more information about how social media (Facebook, Twitter) represented by (Facebook, twitter) can effect on the behavior of consumer which represented by (Creating, Contributing, and Consuming). Focusing on previous variables came from studying and clarifying the main effects of social media (Facebook, Twitter) in todays, and providing more information about tis effects on consumers. The research study collected all the needed information based on study interviews designed by Yes/No questions.

Abstract : The aim of this study is to measure the impact and effects of entrepreneurship orientation, market orientation on improving business overall performance on Jordanian small and medium enterprises, through entering deeply in the innovation and entrepreneurship fields. This study used a research questionnaire in order to make an analysis process for the research variables. The main study objective is to investigate the relationship of adopting the orientation of entrepreneurship and market inside business organization, analysing the main effects for entrepreneurial and market orientation factors on the development of the overall business performance through measuring the effects on the innovation orientation performance. The study represented by (autonomy, competitive advantages and risk taking) and market orientation presented by (customer orientation, competitor orientation and inter-functional orientation). The way that this study chose the independent variables lied on their capabilities on improving the organization state between competitors based on competitive conditions. The study data and information had been gathered by regression sample model and analysed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).

Based on the discussion in the fields of entrepreneurship and knowledge management, the researcher used a questionnaire to measure the variables of the study which is entrepreneurial orientation and organizational knowledge capabilities. The main goals of this study is to measure the impacts and the effects of applying qualities of entrepreneurship within organizations, entering deeply in the meaning and effects of each entrepreneurial orientation factors and explaining the effects of innovativeness and proactiveness on the knowledge capabilities inside the organization which has been represented in this research by unit knowledge, employee’s knowledge and corporate knowledge. Choosing the independent variables of this research lies on their abilities on changing on current situation of the organizations main components. All the needed information has been collected by using regression sample model and analyzed by using SPSS.

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on intention to travel in tourism field. Three main dimensions were considered to represent the e-WOM (Quality, Quantity, and Trust).The research used quantitative method and analytical descriptive approach which was executed through distributing a research questionnaire designed through Google drive forms tool, dedicated for the followers and active users of social platforms (Facebook, twitter, and Instagram). 522 responses were submitted for the questionnaire, 484 questionnaires were accepted, which constitute a response rate of 93% were used in the statistical analysis, and (38) questionnaires were found to be invalid. The research used the following statistical analysis methods which included: Mean and standard deviation, Simple regression, multiple regression, Person correlation (R), (β) value, (T) value, (F) value analysis, Multicollinearity test, and Cronbach Alpha (α). The research results showed that the e-WOM (quality, quantity, and trust) has a positive impact on the intention to travel, the highest impact was for the e-WOM quantity, and the lowest impact was for the eWOM trust.

Abstract : Enhancing job performance by taking the role of outsourcing has gained importance in our days. This study focuses on testing how outsourcing affects organizational performance through examining the mediating roles of organizational structure and organizational culture. This study carried out in the telecommunication sector in Jordan with 72 valid samples for this purpose. Structural equation modeling with AMOS was utilized to test the proposed research hypotheses. The analysis concluded that outsourcing has a positive impact in both organizational structure and organizational culture, which affect directly on improving job performance.

Abstract : This research aims to study the effects and impact of entrepreneurial orientation dimensions on e-marketing capability toward social media applications (SMAs), and the dimensions affecting the firm performance in the international airlines. 350 research questionnaires have been collected based on respondents of the international airline‟s passengers. The Statistical (SPSS) version 22 was used analyze the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and descriptive analysis was directed statistics. The results illustrate that inequality in entrepreneurial orientation dimensions (EOD) impact on e-marketing capability. At the time that airlines tend to integrate their social media application to obtain a global view, encourage coordinated efforts throughout the different passenger's touch points. The results show that a significant effect of e-marketing capability, and YouTube for e-business services on the firm performance. This study concluded that contributes about how airlines passengers use social media applications from different airlines‟ entrepreneurial orientation. Finally, the results show that entrepreneurial orientation dimensions (Innovativeness, Competitive aggressiveness, and Proactiveness) has a significant, positive effect on e-marketing capability, But the effects of autonomy on e-marketing capability are not significant Moreover, all of the four dimensions of group effectiveness have significant, positive effects on airlines performance. E-marketing capability and YouTube usage passengers also have significant, positive effects on airlines performance.

Abstract : This study empirically examined factors influencing online buying intention amongst Jordanians while considering the mediating role of online trust in social commerce. With Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as underpinning theories, the research investigates the antecedents of consumer perceived trust. The instrument used in obtaining data from the customers was questionnaires, and it yielded 314 valid responses which were analyzed using PLS-SEM. A positive impact of interaction with sellers, emotional social support, informational social support, E-WOM on online purchasing intention and online purchasing trust were found. Meanwhile, a negative impact of informational social support on online trust was found. Online trust was found to mediate the relationship between interaction with sellers, emotional social support, informational social support, EWOM and online shopping intention. Focusing on online trust will gain the trust of consumers in social commerce, which will motivate online shopping intention.

Abstract : The research main goal is to exploring the effect between business intelligence drivers and the organization agility by taking the moderating role of analytical decision-making culture. The Study was executed in three of the telecommunication firms as a sample of firms which use mobile telecommunication application. 200 research questionnaires collected and valid for the analysis. Structural equation modelling with AMOS was utilized to test the proposed research hypotheses. The research findings agreed with the result that there is a positive statistical effect of business intelligence, external drivers, and innovation capacity on organizational agility. Finally the research shows the importance of analytical decision-making culture as a mediator on the relationship between business intelligence, external drivers, and innovation capacity and organizational agility.

Abstract : The research is aiming to enter deeply into studying the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and measuring the effects on the integration of supply chain at Jordanian Nuqul Group Company. Defining the effects of applying ERP systems in human resource, and production management departments, and how the implementation process will be effective on the integration with suppliers, customers, and processes are representing the main objectives of this research. 185 research questionnaires distributed, collected, and 150 respondents were accepted for the research study analysis. Furthermore, this research used structural equation models with AMOS for testing research hypotheses. The research findings agreed with the result that applying enterprise resource planning systems could affect positively on the supply chain integration with suppliers, customers, and processes.

Abstract : The objective of this paper is to investigate the influence of supply chain integration (SCI) on customer satisfaction in the potash supply chain in Jordan. 320 samples are collected after completing the sample checking process. The research study uses partial least squares for processing of data. Study outcomes show a connection among the integration of supply chain and customer satisfaction. In addition, the study shows that enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, business strategy, and suppliers have impacts on the integration of supply chain and customer satisfaction.

The PLS program was utilized in the research study to process all the collected data. The findings of the research demonstrate a set of relationships and linkages that can enhance transforming capability and digital transformation. Finally, this study found that artificial intelligence, big data analytics and business intelligence have good effects on developing and enhancing the transforming capability and digital transformation.

Abstract : Online consumer reviews offer a unique and abundant amount of information for consumers to assess the process and services previously. This study aimed to investigate the factors that affect online review usefulness and their impact on consumer purchases. Utilizing the structural equation modelling approach with smartpls software to investigate consumer's perception toward review usefulness and purchase decisions. Findings indicate that the product information and price perceptions have a positive impact and are substantially associated with online review usefulness, which impacts their purchasing decisions. The study concludes that the richness of information and ability to evaluate goods is the key characteristic of online review usefulness in consumers' perceptions.
