As part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening cooperation with educational institutions and bridging academic knowledge with practical experience, the Faculty of Art and Design at Applied Science Private University welcomed approximately 30 female students from AlFarid Star Academy and Schools for an educational visit aimed at introducing them to the Faculty’s academic programs and diverse fields of specialization. The visit included a guided tour of the Faculty’s facilities, including design studios, materials laboratories, and fashion and accessories laboratories, where the students gained firsthand insight into the academic and practical learning environment and were introduced to the tools and techniques used in the development of artistic and design projects. The visit also provided an opportunity for the students to explore the academic and creative pathways offered by the Faculty, broaden their understanding of the fields of art and design, and identify their interests and talents in preparation for their future academic choices. This visit forms part of the Faculty of Art and Design’s continued efforts to strengthen ties with schools, raise awareness of its academic disciplines, and encourage students to explore and develop their creative potential.
