Prof. Radwan has more than 13 years of experience in teaching and management in the academia. He attended many courses and workshops in the area of power electronics, motor drives and engineering education.
Prof. Radwan started his academic career in 1999 when he joined UCSI University (Malaysia) as a part-time lecturer in the Electrical Engineering Department. In 2005, Prof. Radwan became an Associate Professor and worked as Head for the School of Engineering. From 2007-to- 2009 he was appointed as the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Architecture & Built Environment at UCSI University. Under his leadership as a Dean, he added 5 new programs (Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Petroleum Engineering). All the new programs (and including the existing ones) received Washington Accreditation in 2009 under his leadership. Prof. Radwan served from 2009-to-2011 as Chief Operating Officer of UCSI University Campus in Terengganu. He held the membership of various bodies and committees during his stay at UCSI University.
Since 2012,Prof. Radwan has been working with the Applied Science University in Amman Jordan. He holds the rank of Associate Professor and teaches courses in the area of Electrical Machines, Automatic Control, and Electrical Drives.
Prof. Radwan received intensive training in the Blue Ocean Strategy and the Accreditation of Engineering programs. He was a member of the Malaysian Accreditation Council from 2009-2011.
Prof. Radwan published research papers in reputable international journals and conferences in the area of Electrical Drives and control.
