I have a PhD and Masters in Microbiology from Max-Planck Institute and University of Bremen in Germany in 2010. After my PhD, I worked in Max-Planck Institute in Bremen/Germany as postdoctoral fellow for 1.5 years before I had joined KAUST where I spent 4 years in my second postdoc period. I joined the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Applied Science Private University in September 2016 as Associate Professor of Microbiology. I have participated actively in about 13 conferences and have 17 publications
