On Thursday, June 12, 2025, the Faculty of Law at Applied Science Private University organized a field visit for female students, accompanied by Dr. Ruba Hmaidān, to the National Committee for Women’s Rights in Amman. The visit aimed to introduce the students to the Committee’s role in economic and political empowerment within society.
During the visit, a presentation highlighted the national efforts undertaken to enhance women’s participation across various sectors, the challenges they face, and the role of law in protecting and empowering their rights both socially and professionally. The session was interactive, featuring questions from the students and a discussion addressing their key inquiries.
This visit aligns with the Faculty of Law’s commitment to bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application, providing students with the opportunity to engage with civil society institutions, and contributing to the development of a legally aware generation dedicated to advancing justice and equality.
