The Faculty of Law is holding the 7th Internal Moot Court Competition.

​The Faculty of Law organized The College of Law organized the 7th Internal Moot Court Competition in Arabic for the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year on Sunday, January 12, 2025. The competition was titled "The Liability of the Authorized Partner in a General Partnership Company" and was attended by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Dr. Haitham Abdullah Abu Khadija, and the University President, Professor Dr. Samiha Jarrah, as part of the college's commitment to enhancing students' skills.

The competition consisted of six rounds, with two teams competing in each round. Each team was composed of three members. The first team represented the plaintiffs, while the second team represented the defendants. Each team presented their legal arguments during a 15-minute oral pleading session.

The judging panel included attorneys: Abdullah Al-Amoush, a member of the Bar Council, Huda Nasr, and Rana Al-Muhairat.

At the conclusion of the competition, the final results were announced as follows:  

1. Best Team Representing the Plaintiffs: Dina Al-Najjar, Jamal Obaidat, and Anmar Al-Khalaileh.  

2. Best Team Representing the Defendants: Tala Al-Rifai, Rayan Al-Surour, and Maryam Abu Odeh.  

3. Best Individual Plaintiff Advocate: Sara Al-Balawneh.  

4.Best Individual Defendant Advocate: Mohammed Abu Haikal.  

The winners were honored by the University President, Professor Dr. Samiha Jarrah, and the Dean of the College, Dr. Hamza Abu Issa.
