Stemming from Applied Sciences University's recognition of the importance of engagement with Arab and foreign communities, the Office of International Student Affairs has been established to serve as the primary point of contact for international students. The office is responsible for facilitating all necessary transactions, addressing challenges faced by students, and coordinating with security authorities to secure study visas for students of restricted nationalities. Furthermore, the office provides comprehensive support to ensure a smooth transition for students into their academic and community life.

To elevate Applied Sciences University/University of All Arabs to a prestigious international standing and to highlight the significant contributions of international students to both the university community and Jordanian society.
Mission
To provide all services for international students effectively and distinctively, in addition to creating a suitable environment by facilitating residence procedures, addressing any challenges they may face, and cultivating bonds of love and brotherhood between international students and Jordanian students in their second home, Jordan.
Services Provided by the Office of International Student Affairs
The International Student Affairs Department offers a wide range of specialized services to international students, coordinating with relevant departments both within and outside the university. These services include:
1. Ensuring continuous support for international students from the moment they are admitted to the university until graduation, and creating a conducive academic, social, and cultural environment for them.
2. Organizing orientation sessions for new international students at the beginning of each academic semester to welcome them, introduce them to the International Student Affairs Department, and inform them about the services provided.
3. Facilitating the provision of suitable and convenient accommodation for international students near the university.
4. Promoting integration among international and Jordanian students through various programs and activities to foster cooperation, creating a student community rich in cultural diversity from multiple nationalities.
5. Conducting regular meetings with international students to listen to their suggestions, feedback, and ideas, and to implement them to the best of our ability.
6. Issuing study visas for restricted nationalities after providing the required documents to the office.
7. Processing annual residency permit issuance, renewal, or cancellation through communication with official authorities.
8. Issuing exit and re-entry visas when necessary for international students to correct their status.
9. Providing a service to transfer sponsorship (residence permits) for international students.
10. Closing the annual residence permit file in case of graduation or withdrawal from the university.
11. Providing the student with a commitment letter from the university for customs exemption purposes
