Lifelong Learning Measures: Access to educational Resources

The Applied Science Private University provides free access to educational resources for those not studying at the university, such as training courses and facilities. 

1. Recently, the university has developed one new center in collaboration with American Heart Association. One of the center aims is to enhance awareness of the university students and the public about Basic Life Support measures (High Quality cardio-pulmonary resuscitation skills) to save life. Attendees upon the completion of the course/ training will be awarded Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA). 

2. The university regularly hosts activities organized by schools such as graduation ceremonies, sport tournaments, and competitions free of charge. Examples of recently hosted activities include:

3. Hosted Al Rowad International School graduation ceremony in the university’s conferencing auditorium 

4. Hosted the annual English Language Olympiad with more than 1500 students attended the event in the universities Sports Hall

5. Signed in 2020, a six-year agreement with Princess Sumaia University of Technology to use ASU’s Olympic football field. 

6. Hosted many international championships in collaboration with the Jordanian Football Association.
