Two years ago, I graduated from Jordan university of science and technology with a doctor in
pharmacy degree. I was impressed with the fields of neurology and community pharmacy
through my studies. To me, it was a beautiful art of shaping our science into a general
practice ensuring patient's health.
The growing pharmaceutical industry in my country, Jordan, inspired me further. I was soon
to note, however, the absence of incorporation of pharmacist's contributions to the health
system. Therefore, I am willing to fill this void and narrow the gap between Jordan and other
countries.
once I graduated I began working in the field of clinical pharmacy as a research assistant to
gain the proper research experience. I was responsible for writing manuscripts, designing
research, and the collection of data. My experience in research continues to prepare me
with the skills needed for my postgraduate studies. Those include academic writing, analysis,
critical thinking, and data analysis.
Furthermore, now I am working as a community pharmacist in a well know chain pharmacy,
as a community pharmacist you are highly responsible for dispensing of the formulations
and various medicines and to ensure the safe and right supply of medicines to the patients.
Working as a community pharmacist has made me familiar with patients need and our
despising patterns in Jordan and has helped me develop in terms of organization and
communication.
Now I am doing my master's in Jordan at Applied Science Private University in
pharmaceutical science, the elevated ranking and quality of the university make it a scientific
site in the center of Jordan. In particular, the pharmaceutical science program offered is
providing me with the research and experimental techniques needed to address the serious
challenges facing the pharmaceutical industry.
