On Wednesday, 3/7/2024, the Pharmacy Practice Group, in collaboration with British Courses International Academy, hosted an introductory lecture titled "Path to Securing a Job in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Medical Promotion" presented by their representative, Dr. Anas Al-Shweiki.

The lecture covered several key points, including:

- Reasons for pursuing courses and the necessity for developing acquired personal skills to enhance competitiveness for various jobs in the pharmaceutical sector.

- The distinction between the concept and the final product, emphasizing the importance of understanding pharmaceutical products, various marketing techniques, their fundamentals, and components.

- Marketing goals, outcomes, and the necessity of adopting suitable strategies for achieving success.

- How to attract and retain clients, differentiate oneself, and cultivate self-motivation to refine one's personality in line with different developments.

- Differentiating between personalities and various individuals, stressing the importance for marketers to be adept personality analysts with skills such as persuasion and time management.

Following the lecture, students discussed the skills that require specialized courses according to their needs, followed by an overview of available courses at British Courses International Academy.
