The Community Service Committee at the Fcaulty of Pharmacy, organized a scientific and professional day titled "Promising Venues for Careers in Pharmacy: Pharmaceutical Companies" on Thursday, August 8, 2024.
The event featured scientific and professional lectures delivered by pharmacists holding senior administrative positions in several pharmaceutical companies, including:
• Dr. Raghad Al-Muhtaseb
• Dr. Sarah Jalouqa
• Dr. Ahlam Khamees
• Dr. Anas Alshweiki
• Dr. Leen Khraim
Additionally, Dr. Manal Ayyash presented two lectures: one on pharmaceutical education and continuous professional development, and the other on regulatory affairs and drug registration.
It is noteworthy that most of the lecturers are alumni of the Faculty who shared their experiences with their fellow new graduates, offering advice and guidance to help them start strong and promising professional careers.
Dr. Samar Thiab, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, presented the lecturers with appreciation plaques.
The attendees expressed their gratitude and encouraged the faculty to organize more such activities that benefit everyone involved.
