Blood Donation Campaign 

On the occasion of the centenary of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Applied Science Private University represented by the Faculty of Nursing / Social Committee carried out a Blood Donation Campaign at the King Hussein Cancer Center, Amman, Jordan on 13/1/2021. ​

Health campaign about H1N1 

In collaboration with the Local Security Council of Abu Naseer District, nursing students at Applied Science Private University organized an awareness and educational campaign on pig flu on 26 of Dec 2019, in the princess Basma School and provided a valuable lecture to teachers and students in order to prevent H1N1​

​A visit to HelpAge International​

Students of the Applied Sciences Private University, Faculty of nursing, Community Health Course, visited a club for the elderly “HelpAge International”. The visit included several activities, giving health education on osteoporosis, various entertainment and cultural competitions. The student’s measured Blood Pressure and glucose level for all visitors and then a symbolic gift was given to the participants by the students​.

"A Drop for Life" Initiative for Blood Donation

The Faculty of Nursing, in collaboration with the King Hussein Cancer Center, organized a blood donation initiative under the slogan "Drops for Life" on Thursday, 20/12/2018 in Applied Science University, a day of tender and achievement, resulted in the donation of 60 students and staffs.
