Amman - In continuation of the march of excellence and
success, the Faculty of Nursing at the Applied Science Private University
received the international accreditation from the Accreditation Commission for
Education in Nursing (ACEN) for a period of five years.
The university has achieved all the required international
standards, and with this great achievement, the Faculty of Nursing at the
Applied Science Private University is the first Faculty among its counterparts
in private universities that obtain American accreditation, as the American
accreditation enables the graduate to enroll in study or work programs in the
United States of America, Australia, Canada, Europe and other countries. With
distinction and priority.
University President Prof. Mahfouz Judeh said that obtaining
the American accreditation will facilitate the exchange of teaching experiences
in universities that have the same accreditation, and it will also provide an
opportunity to ensure quality education in the Faculty, expressing his pride in
the Faculty of Nursing obtaining ACEN accreditation.
The family of the university in general and the family of
the Faculty of Nursing, represented by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Samiha
Jarrah, would like to thank the university administration who had supported the
university since the first steps of global accreditation represented by His
Excellency Dr. Haitham Abu Khadija, Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and
Prof Mahfouz Judeh the president of the University for their great effect as
management in supporting the development of the university and Faculties alike.
