The most important achievements of the Center for the past three years
1. An annual introductory meeting for deans and heads of departments with the aim of educating new ones about the administrative tasks and the foundations of communication with the various university departments within the applicable rules and regulations and developing an action plan for the academic year in order to enhance the performance of the faculty members at the faculty level, as well as at the university level.
2. An annual and semester-based introductory meeting for new members in order to enable them to identify methods of developing university teaching methods, developing study plans, diversity of evaluation methods, e-learning, total quality in university education, scientific research, promotion conditions and academic guidance.
3. An annual and semester-based meeting for all faculty members in all faculties at the university level that includes workshops, seminars, and lectures based on the training needs that are provided to the Center at the start of the academic year, including:
(Strategic planning, methods of measuring learning outcomes, interactive education, methods of assessment and evaluation, writing a strategic plan, research projects and methods of support in cooperation with the Deanship of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies), and other topics related to performance development and work on the continuity of the application of quality and excellence standards, and discussing some ideas, visions and proposals that would contribute to achieving the university's goals in accordance with its strategic plan, and in line with the university's vision towards excellence.
4. Follow up on development plans at the faculty level in order to coordinate efforts towards continuous development.
5. Inform faculties of the opportunities available to nominate faculty members to attend workshops, courses, and local and foreign conferences in order to develop performance.
