Amman – The Faculty of Pharmacy received a number of students from the American Digital Schools within a scientific day to learn about the FP’s various labs and other facilities.
At the outset, the students watched a documentary on ASU’s faculties and specializations.
Then, they moved to FP to listen to Dr. Mohammad Al-Najjar’s detailed presentation on FP’s history, departments and scientific and practical facilities. They also visited the Microscopic Lab to know about experiments on the microspores’ use to watch bacteria and explore their types and forms.
In the Industrial Pharmacy Lab, they learned about the several stages of making medications.
This is one of a series of visits organized by ASU’s faculties for school students from all stages to help them make appropriate, planned choice of their future university specializations.
